I love this Neck & Décolleté cream - I keep it on subscription and have been very consistent with using it for several years. I originally began using it on my face for sagging skin near my ears - when that went away and realized it works, I began using it for its real purpose when I started getting a chest crease. That too is now gone! I am about to be 50 and have always been a skin worshiper so I am thrilled with this product and keep it on repeat!!

I like how smooth and silky the product is. But the jar was cracked and pump didn’t work. Everything in the package was damaged in one way or another. It looks like perhaps it was dropped.
